southwest to northeast 

between the hours

of 2:00-5:00PM.

In the top right, you can

see Freeland.

Precip will overspread

the area in that direction.

It starts as snow and transitions

over to sleet. This changeover

will occur SW to NE as well.

So if you're down in Dauphin,

expect the changeover first.

If you're up in Luzerne or

Northern Carbon, expect

the changeover to sleet last.

With that said, the best

chance to eventually

switch over to freezing rain

would be southern

areas. However, everyone

in the blue has a chance

at seeing some freezing

rain before it wraps up.

If you're in the red, maybe

some freezing drizzle at

the tail end? You'll hold onto

snow/sleet the longest up

there. So, by the time conditions

are good for freezing rain

to fall (in the red), 

the storm is already

moving out of the area.
