start the day
for most of the area.
The exception would
be northern portions
of East Central PA.
However, cloudier
periods will work their
way south throughout
the day. You'll still get
sun, but at times
it will be overcast.
A few snow, sleet, graupel
or rain showers are
possible throughout the day.
Wind gusts increasing
as the day progresses.
By mid-day, gusts of
35-45mph will be common.
Highest hilltops could
see 50mph gusts.
These wind gusts will
be with us throughout
the afternoon hours.

In the evening, a few
snow showers or
snow squalls are possible.
