For the early morning hours,

the northern half of

the area will feature

mostly cloudy skies.

The closer you get to I-78

and further south,

the better your chance to see

partly to mostly sunny skies

during the morning.

Once we get into the afternoon,

clouds should decrease

between I-78 and I-80.

(south to north)

HOWEVER, Columbia and

Northumberland may

not see that decrease occur

before sunset. So you can

bank on clouds during

daylight hours in those areas.
