between the hours
of 7-8am in the morning.
It will start out as rain
and changeover to
snow as temps aloft
start crashing.
Eventually, between 9-10am,
I'm expecting temps
at the surface to crash
and drop below freezing.
By early afternoon,
temps will be in the upper
teens in the west
and lower 20's in the east.
Regarding the snow,
you may see a burst
of very heavy snow.

Anywhere from
a coating to 3" is possible
across the area. Temps
by 4pm will be in the
single digits and lower teens.
