Ice storm possible to kick off December...
Recently I posted about the potential for an ice event between December 1st and 2nd. Well, model guidance is still suggesting that idea. In fact, total ice expected at this very moment would do some damage. Let's hope that things change because ice is nothing to mess with. As of now, it would be a major icing event across the entire viewing area. I'm going to break it down for you with some images below...
7:00AM 12/1 - GFS Model
Moderate to heavy ICE
Storm kicks off before daybreak
1:00PM 12/1 - GFS Model
ICE changes over to PLAIN RAIN
ICE possible all morning
Ends as plain rain showers mid afternoon

As always, track can and will change. Stay tuned to my group for more updates as we get closer to this potential event! Thanks!
