Timing out snow and ice on Monday

Two waves of precip coming on Monday...

The red circled area is where many of you live in Schuylkill and surrounding areas....

FIRST I'M GOING TO DISCUSS WAVE #1

In the image below, you can see light snow starting to move into the area around 5:00am Monday morning....

By 6:00am, light snow moves in over entire circled area...

At 7:00am, the snow is starting to break up. Only scattered snow showers at this point across Schuylkill County...

At 9:00am, radar starts filling back in. Most of us would be seeing light snow again...

By 12pm, in the image below, you can see light snow wrapped up. This is the end of the first wave of precipitation...

Wave #1 snow has a hard time sticking since it's only LIGHT SNOW. Therefore, a light coating to maybe a half inch will be on the ground by noon. Some areas may not see any accumulation at all through noon...

FROM 12PM TO 5PM there will be a lull in the action...
