The storm projected to bring us rain in Pennsylvania will also drop a different form of precipitation on the back side. Areas out West will see snow. Highest snow accumulations on Thursday will be in Northern Illinois, Southeastern Wisconsin and parts of Michigan. A half foot of fresh snow on Halloween will be common in these areas. Below is a snow map showing how much snow will fall on HALLOWEEN.
