The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory for Schuylkill County valid 1am to 8am Sunday. They are not expecting a widespread frost, however, patchy frost may occur over the coldest locations by early Sunday morning. Lows are expected to dip into the middle and upper 30's. Sensitive outdoor plants may be damaged if left uncovered.
As for Thursday, our first FREEZE of the season will be upon us. Below is an image showing expected temperatures for Schuylkill County early Thursday morning. As you can see, lows in the upper 20's and lower 30's.
